With a career spanning over 27 years, he has extensive experience in the delivery of mission-critical solutions to the NHS and the broader healthcare sector. Alistair's career as a versatile software business leader is exemplified by his senior positions at renowned healthcare software businesses such as Servelec Healthcare, Advanced Health and Care, and Docman. His invaluable industry knowledge and expertise have been instrumental in the success of these organisations. Alistair's unwavering commitment to excellence, combined with his deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, positions him as a trusted leader capable of navigating the complexities of the healthcare sector and driving sustained growth.

Mark Thompson
Chairman

Mark has 20+ years of experience specialising in the growth of software businesses targeting the NHS and broader public sector. His extensive career includes prominent roles as Group Managing Director at Advanced Business Solutions, CEO of COA Solutions, and CEO of mHance. Throughout his tenure with these businesses, Mark has consistently showcased exceptional expertise in cultivating and nurturing high-performing management teams, fostering a culture of excellence and driving organisational success.

Carolyn Graham
Head of Finance

Carolyn is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in SMEs operating at a senior level. She has worked in many different industries from manufacturing to retail and financial services and brings that wealth of experience with her to develop and streamline the finance function within the company. Carolyn has also been responsible for People Operations in many of these roles, and as a strong believer in employees being a company’s greatest asset, is keen to promote the importance of the team both internally and externally here at Noveva.
