This statement is made on behalf of Noveva Software Group, and it’s intermediaries, in accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. It outlines the steps we are taking to identify, prevent, and address modern slavery and human trafficking risks within our operations and supply chains.
We are a UK-based small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) that develops and provides software solutions to clients in the healthcare sector, local government, and private sector. While our direct operations are primarily office-based and low-risk, we recognise the importance of ensuring ethical practices throughout our supply chain.
We are fully committed to combating modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and all forms of exploitation. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and expect the same high standards from our suppliers and partners.
We work only with Tier 1 suppliers who are recognised for their strong ethical and social governance. All our key suppliers are required to:
Demonstrate their commitment to eradicating modern slavery through annual Modern Slavery Statements and/or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) reports.
Operate in compliance with relevant labour laws and international human rights standards.
Be transparent about their own supply chains.
Where possible, we avoid sourcing from regions with a higher prevalence of modern slavery risks, as identified by global indexes and watchdog organisations.
We conduct regular reviews of our supplier relationships, focusing on:
Ethical procurement practices.
Reviewing published modern slavery and CSR reports.
Assessing potential risks based on geography, sector, and supplier history.
Should concerns arise, we will take appropriate action, including the review or termination of the supplier relationship.
Although our internal team operates in a low-risk environment, we promote awareness of modern slavery across our organisation and encourage staff to report any concerns or suspicious activity.
We are committed to regularly reviewing and enhancing our practices. We will continue to strengthen our policies, risk assessments, and supplier onboarding processes to ensure we uphold the highest ethical standards—fully aligned with leading industry benchmarks.
This statement has been approved by the Noveva Software Group leadership team and is reviewed annually.
